Manual Bottle Rinsers

These manual rinsing machines have been designed to wash the internal surface of containers, rinsing 2 containers at a time. It can work with every kind of glass and PET container from 200 ml to 2000 ml.

The productivity is influenced by the operator’s speed and the water consumption is approximately 0.1 litres/bottle.

This rinsing water is pumped to the two nozzles when the operator opens the injectors by pushing the bottles necks against the gaskets.

The machine is manufactured with stainless steel 304 and 316.
